Well this is my first attempt at writing a blog. Hopefully this goes well 🙂

I initally wanted to start writing a blog to try and be helpful, hope that I can help some one out there. I have always wanted to help people, I would go out of my way to try and help others. I would not say I am out going or an extrovert but when ever I can help with words of wisdom then I do.

In todays society every one I know are constantly striving for something that is not entirely within thier grasp but this does not stop people trying to achieve it. Something as simple as striving to get the perfect body, it can be done but at risk of loosing out on living life. The gym 5 days a week, minimilist diet and very little down time. Thats if you do not have a job, partner, pets, stress, money issues and so on. It is ok to want to look and feel good about yourself but to try and strive for something that is wholely achiveable if you were a millionaire with maids, a dietician, fitness intructor and nanny.

You can look after yourself but realisitically. Still have a 9-5 job, pick up the kids, make dinner, clean and tidy the house as well as doing some exercises or just making sure you eat right. It is not all about weight, it is not all about diets, its about active life choices.

I will add to this once a week, generally on a Sunday when it is my day to sort my life out ready for a new week of wake up at A, walk to B, come home at C, do D,E and F before bed and rinse and repeat.

If at least one person reads this and realises that life does not need to be so hard, stressfull or overwhelming then I am a happy person. 🙂
